Jane grew up in Vermont and relocated to Florida in 2006. She discovered yoga at the age of 18. Eventually deciding to deepen her practice she enrolled in the 200 hour yoga teacher training and received her certification in April of 2015. She then went on to complete the paddle board “sup yoga”teacher training in June of 2015. She spends most of her time on the water; fishing, paddle boarding, diving/snorkeling, and doing yoga on and off the board. Jane believes it’s important to find balance in everything that we do. In her class you will work on building strength and heat in the body while also taking time to allow yourself to release and relax. Finding this balance while combining movement with the breathe will help you with flexibility and also strengthen the body. Her classes are for all levels and beginners are welcome.
